Kids ,snack and nutrition

Being a mom I find it very difficult to keep a balance between nutrition and taste for my kids. Sometimes it is almost impossible to make them eat as anything which is nutritious will hardly make them motivated to eat. So whatever I cook for my kids I cook them in such a way that they are highly colorful and attractive . Kids generally like colors and multiple taste in one recipe. Today I am going to share combo fruit salad for toddlers . For this the ingredients u need are...

 Banana-1
 Strawberry-1
Grapes- 4-5 pcs
Fresh cream- 2-3 tbs
Kiwi fruit- 1/4th  of a fruit
Pomegranate- little bit

One actually have to do nothing except cutting these fruits in small pieces and mixing it with fresh cream.( This receipe is for one toddler only, the amout of fruits can be varied as per his /her likes and dislikes, this receipe is made to be eaten  fresh and preferably should not be stored )


Too much of salt and sugar should be avoided in baby food as the natural flavors are enough for them. Colorful presentation of food always entice them for eating , through my experience i have learnt that kids wanna be self sufficient they want to eat themselves and they really hate being spoon feeded or being  forced to eat. Mothers please don't force your child to eat . Let them feel hungry and be hungry so that they can eat well over stuffing your kid may hamper his digestion and made him feel lethargic.
Tell your kid some interesting story while you are making them eat and just see the magic.
